Employment Practices Liability (EPC-EPLI)

Company Risk

Is Your Client's Company At Risk?

There will be decisions made affecting an employee/employer relationship that may not always be agreeable from the employee’s perspective.

Separately, there can be adverse action(s) taken by an employer/employee to third parties that can negatively impact a business.

Whether your client is a large or small business, it is likely there will be an  employment claim at some point. These disputes can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees and indemnity (settlement) payments.
